Motor Dealership Parts Manager

***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***We are looking for an experienced Parts Manager with a passion for driving success in the automotive industry.
Join a very popular vehicle brand and take the lead in managing two parts sites, including a satellite location.Key Responsibilities:Oversee parts operations at both the main site and satellite location.Develop and maintain a strong network of customers for new business development.Ensure efficient parts inventory management and adherence to dealership standards.Foster a people-oriented culture, leading and motivating a dynamic team.Identify and solve challenges with innovative and effective solutions.
Job Requirements:Matric CertificateA Valid Drivers LicenseEvolve system experience is essential.A minimum of 3 years of Parts Management experience within a franchised motor dealership.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.A proven network of customers to support business growth.Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Stable work historyContactable references You will need the following documents and experience to apply.
