Primary purpose of the position:
Join an esteemed Financial Services company, who's on the hunt for a Motor Claims Consultant. You will need to ensure that the expectations of existing insurance clients are identified and met in the event of a claim, and to process claims swiftly and efficiently. To keep the client's Brand Promise of meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Minimum qualification required for this position:
Grade 12
FAIS Compliant – If not candidate will have to attend a Learnership to obtain necessary credits whilst employed at the company.
Minimum experience required for this position:
1 – 3 years

Key Performance Areas:
Motor Claims Administration – Managing the full Motor Claims Process including registration, pre-support, loading quotes on Abuntex, corresponding with insurers, assessors, repairers and service providers, following up on progress and quality of repairs, reviewing & discussing proposed settlements with clients, confirming repair authorisations and keeping the client well informed throughout the entire process.
