Mortgage Broker – Dagenham

Overview:A well-known independently owned estate agency requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to offer mortgage and protection advice working from the very busy office in Dagenham, dealing with mortgages up to £650k, with an average property value of £350k.Main Duties:Receive 8-10 new mortgage appointments per week.Deal with properties up to £650k and an average loan size of £350k.Access to the Dagenham existing client database for remortgage services.Work with a substantial client base, registering over 150 new applicants and 60 property offers monthly.This is a fantastic opportunity for a mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to receive a high basic salary of up to £40,000, including a car allowance, dependent upon experience. Additionally, once you have banked over £150,000, you will receive 50% commission.The average case is currently £1,900; however, for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in the Dagenham area, with a higher conversion rate for protection business, the average case will rise to around £2,500, equating to commissions of £375 per case. You will also receive additional bonuses dependent upon performance for high protection and buildings and contents conversions, as well as solicitors' referrals.Key Skills:Fully CeMAP qualified.Good working knowledge of mortgages and associated protection policies.Team player, working closely with the financially incentivised team.Pro-active attitude and willingness to contact the existing client database.Summary:Outstanding opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work for a market-leading estate agency in the Dagenham area, receiving 10 new mortgage leads a week, plus access to the estate agency and lettings data to source additional business.
