Monocle is looking for the perfect candidate to join our team as an Analyst. As an Analyst at Monocle your main tasks and responsibilities will include: Absorb and process information sufficiently in order to deliver to our clients requirements. Perform tasks in a timely and effective manner, aligned to the specifications. Solving industry specific problems. Conducting business analysis and documenting requirements. Performing data analysis tasks on large data sets. Design and implement management reports and dashboards. Write, read and analyse various computer programming languages. Engaging with Monocle clients. Continuously developing business knowledge and technical skills in the areas in which Monocle provides consulting services. The successful candidate must: Hold a relevant degree with strong preference for a post graduate qualification. Have a strong academic track record. Have a keen interest in working with banks and insurers. Have some experience in the financial services industry will be advantageous. Have a strong desire to learn and upskill subject matter knowledge and technical abilities. Have good technical and programming skills are advantageous. Be on their way to a professional qualification in finance and risk management such as CFA and/or FRM is advantageous. The ideal Monocle Analyst also: Has an enquiring mind and is eager to learn and improve their professional skillset. Is able to work in a dynamic environment where one day never looks like another. Is enthusiastic in their approach to their work. Regards themselves as a high performer. Is an excellent communicator with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Works well under pressure to meet client objectives. Is sociable and enjoys interacting with others, both at work and at social events. Works well independently and in a team. Shares Monocles values. Recruitment Process: During the interview process, you will meet with different Monocle representatives including both People and Culture representatives and company executives and demonstrate your cognitive abilities in various assessments.

The application process Step 1: Assessment Test A 45-Minute, 60-questions, online competency assessment test.

Step 2: P&C Meet and Greet A personal meeting with People & Culture to get to know you and tell you more about Monocle.

Step 3: Executive interview To discuss your skills, business knowledge, experience, project fit and the role requirements.

Step 4: P&C Executive Interview Meet with our P&C Executive to ensure alignment of expectations and discuss next steps.

Step 5: C-level Interview A discussion with either our CEO, COO or CFO on various topics.

Step 6: Finalisation A final offer is made by the P&C team to the candidate.
