Job Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate sustainable business opportunities and entrepreneurs whilst leveraging Mondi`s technical, economic and land holdings potential.
Conduct monthly management meetings to discuss and monitor progress and create structured business development plans with the entrepreneurs to assist in improving all aspects of the day to day operations in the company including cash-flow management, HR, Finance and Operations.
Provide practical assistance to the development of the entrepreneurs and businesses.
Creates opportunities for cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders outside the business unit
Assist entrepreneurs with general compliance and all other legal and governance requirements.
Develop a sound knowledge of the client's business through a process of research, information gathering and consultation utilizing a broad industry network
Prepare and present business plans and funding/investment proposals.
Ensure recovery of invested funds and take remedial action to address shortfalls.
Identify and create opportunities of building incremental revenue and growth opportunities

Job Requirements:

Knowledge and experience in Business Development/ Finance an advantage.
Driver's License
At least 10 years' business management experience in an environment that is largely shaped by innovation, market intelligence and foresight.
Great at risks identification with an ability to develop strong trust-based relationships within a diverse network.
