Job ResponsibilitiesGeneration of daily operational reports to be actioned, MI and insights derived on daily bases to measure the performance of the businessLiaise with various Collection Stakeholders in the organization, including the Data Team, the RiskOps Manco team, and the Executive teamEnsure all SLA's are met per stakeholder agreementResponsible to ensure metrics generate align and recon to business performance growth, coach and mentor senior and junior BI analystDrive adoption of new techniques within BI space, like PowerBIMinimum Experience Level5 - 8 years' Technical SAS experienceMinimum 3 Years' People Management experience in managing MI / BI Analysts3 - 5 Years experience Migration and Data Governance experienceWintel and Linux experience a mustPreferred QualificationSuccessfully obtained B-DegreeSAS CertificationPowerBi and / or SQL would be an AdvantageTechnical / Professional KnowledgeChange managementClient service managementClient service principlesCommunication StrategiesDiversity managementEmployee training/developmentStaff resource planningManagement information and reporting principles, tools and mechanismsAligning Performance for SuccessBuilding PartnershipsDecision MakingDriving for ResultsPlanning and Organizing
