Job DescriptionRetrieves, analyses and reports on management information to help the organization make sound business decisions.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform extensive data profiling and analysis of client data.Work with stakeholders to define BI and reporting requirements.Gather and clarify data and reporting requirements from stakeholders.Explore existing data repositories to understand what data are where so you can leverage those data using BI tools to create reports, dashboards and other analyses.Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders like technical, business, project managers, and testing analysts in the recommendation of business solutions.Maintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provide proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders.Prepare business communication that is of a professional standard and resolve all customer queries efficiently and within agreed timelines.Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.Assess, analyse and optimise end-to-end business processes that are signed off by the business by documenting business process requirements through research, interviews or facilitation sessions.Minimum Experience Level3+ years of experience with data analysis (i.e., statistical and quantitative analyses) and user-focused dashboard design.3+ years of experience using BI tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, PowerBI).Preferred QualificationB Degree: Maths, Stats, Accounting, Economics and related qualifications.Job DetailsApplication Closing Date14/09/24All appointments will be made in line with FirstRand Group's Employment Equity plan.
