A Mining house based in the Gauteng region is looking for an experienced Business Improvement Manager.Duties:Responsible for leading and delivering the Asset Optimisation (AO) program across the Operation.
This includes targeting improvements in Operating Effectiveness, Business Improvement activities and longer term large scale Transformational Change.Qualifications/Requirements:Degree or Diploma in Engineering/Mining, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.Certified Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent.Minimum of 8 years' mining experience in a large, mechanised mine.At least 5 years' experience in a managerial position with appropriate business improvement experience.
