Mining Engineer Planning

Job Description Calling all Mining Engineer Planning candidates who dare to make a career move. A large Mining House has an exciting opportunity for a Mining Engineer Planning to join their team in the Northern Cape Province.

The role will be responsible for:

Producing strategic short to medium-term mine plans and survey-related aspects. Summarising and analysing production data records. Analysing and interpreting information received from other departments and conducting the necessary reconciliations to ensure optimal extraction and adherence to grade and product mined. The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

Bachelor of Science Engineering (Mining) / Bachelor of Technology 3 Years' Mine planning (strategic business planning) in an underground mining environment 3 Years' Operational underground mining experience 3 years' Planning Software (e.g. M24D, Datamine, Studio 5D Planner, EPS etc.) Correspondence will only be conducted with shortlisted candidates.
