Job DescriptionThe successful candidates will be afforded an opportunity to enroll in an external Unemployed 4 months Cadet program. Our Mining Cadet Program is an enrichment program for the community and will enable you to develop skills with on-the-job/core training at Mogalakwena Complex. This program will enable you to maximize your potential along with a tailored plan to provide you with a future to make a difference.
QualificationsApplication requirements include the following:
Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science and English (Mathematics Literacy will not be considered)Must have obtained a pass mark of 40% and aboveMust be medically fitMust be prepared to work on surfaceWork in accordance with the work schedule of area and could possibly involve working shiftsMust be a South African CitizenMust pass the relevant psychometric assessmentMust pass K53 Simulator AssessmentMust have good written and verbal communication skills in EnglishSouth African Driver's license will be advantageousImportant: We will only consider applicants from host communities.
