Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them in selecting the perfect MINI vehicle. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the MINI product lineup, including features, specifications, and financing options. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless buying experience. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote MINI events and initiatives to drive sales. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position MINI vehicles. Requirements: Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Passion for the MINI brand and enthusiasm for the automotive industry. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
