Blasting Certificate. Mine Overseer Certificate. At least 5 years' experience as a Mine Overseer. 3 to 5 years' experience working in a Control Room environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily mining operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity. Manage and coordinate activities within the control room to maintain operational flow. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
