The Role
The successful person will become a member of a hardworking and committed team who are responsible for supporting the Team Lead – Mine Operations in delivering targets and KPIs for mine operations.
You will be responsible for:
Ensuring compliance of safe work practices, policies and procedures across your dedicated crew;Conducting workplace inspections of all relevant work areasEffective implementation and utilisation of the mining fleet to deliver on the mining plan;Supporting the mining team to achieve production requirementsLiaising with other departments to meet overall business objectivesHarness our productive and friendly team culture through the development of our operators About You

Previous experience in a similar role and environment (Open Cut Mining)A current & valid 'HR' class drivers licence (Essential)Proven ability to organise, implement and monitor multiple tasksExperience organising, leading and managing personnel in a team environmentSkills to read and interpret plansA clear communication style to allow you to train and pass on knowledge to your team What We Offer
