Millwrights Fmcg

We are seeking a skilled Millwright with 5 years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems in a production environment to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on production equipment.
Install new machinery and assist with commissioning and start-up procedures.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize processes.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Assist in training junior maintenance staff as needed.
Fault finding on electronic controls: i.e., VFD's, HMI's, PLC's Improve bottling line efficiency through changes to automated controls Utilize technical skills in troubleshooting, adjusting, and repairing packaging machinery that demonstrates.
Qualifications: Trade qualification as a Millwright or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Familiarity with PLCs and automation systems is advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
