Job Purpose The role of the Millwright/Technician is to wire, repair, service and install equipment / machinery manufactured and assembled. Electrical panel assembly and design for PLC integrated systems Required Education & Experience Trade-tested Millwright or Red seal or similar qualification would be advantageousMinimum of 5 years of experience in a similar roleStrong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systemsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Responsibilities Include Experience within a production environment.Excellent Fault-Finding Skills.Knowledge of 3 phase systems and DC supplies (Less than 500 Amp)Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical systems, equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, malfunctioning systems, apparatus and components, using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.Inspect electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair.Installing equipment, machines, wiring, or programs to meets specifications.Read and understand electrical schematics and manufacturing drawings.Required to travel on occasionOther duties may be assigned Key Skills Attention to detailAnalytical skillsExcellent problem-solving skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamResults and deadline driven Package & RemunerationNegotiable depending on qualifications and experience Interested?Please submit detailed and updated CV in MS Word format ASAP!
