RCL FOODS is seeking a Millwright to join our Baking Division. The role will be based in Pretoria West and report to the Maintenance Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of the machines do not deteriorate.
Inspect drives, motors, belts, bearings, replace filters and perform other maintenance actions following checklists.
Comply with Food Safety standards.
Assemble, install and/or repair pipe systems and plumbing, machinery, and equipment.
Ensure that your department complies with all Health and Safety regulations.
Diagnose and correct mechanical issues.
Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine faults.
Direct and train workers to install and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment.
Record maintenance and repair work.
Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
Participate in projects and machine installations.

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications and Experience

Millwright Trade certification.
3 or more years of post-trade experience.
Experience with PLC/VSD Drives.
Experience with panel wiring.
Ability to prioritize workload.
Report writing and analysis skills.
Experience in mentoring apprentices.
Must be able to work shifts and be available for callouts and standby.
Driver's license with own transport.
Hands-on experience with installation, maintenance, and repairs of machinery such as mixers, ovens, proofers, conveyors, slicers, and packaging equipment.
