Millwright (Plastic Industry)

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:- Minimum work experience of 5 years- Previous experience in PLASTICS INDUSTRY ESSENTIAL- focus will be on extrusion lines, injection moulding machines, chillers and compressors.- Red Seal Qualification advantageous- Experience on PLC programming and troubleshooting: 2-3 years- Basic Computer Knowledge- Strong communication skills - Maintenance Department (including but not limited to plumbing, building and various mechanical duties)Duties will include: Reading diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.Installing stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment according to layout plans using hand and power toolsInstallation or relocation of Extruder Line, Granulators, Injection Moulding machineCommissioning or decommissioning of machines Operating machine tools to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up of machineriesInspecting and examining machinery and equipment to detect irregularities and malfunctionsKeeping detailed and accurate maintenance reports and documentationCleaning, lubricating and performing other routine maintenance work on machineries
