Maintenance and repair of machinery and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Inspection, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of CNC and conventional equipment.
Conducting preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Working effectively as part of a team to ensure timely and high-quality repairs.
Experience in Machine Tool Fitting: Demonstrated expertise in fitting and assembling parts with precision.
CNC & Conventional Equipment Proficiency: Skilled maintaining CNC machines, conventional lathes, and presses.
Gearboxes and Pulleys: Familiarity with the installation, maintenance, and repair of gearboxes and pulleys.
Hydraulic Systems Knowledge: Experience working with hydraulic systems, including troubleshooting and repairs.
Certified Millwright qualification or relevant trade certification.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and preventive maintenance.
