Millwright Isando, Gauteng - R180 Per Hour Key Responsibilities:Technical Expertise: Analyze faults and solve problems across various fields. Take ownership of workshop, technical infrastructure, and company vehicle.Repairs: Rectify defective equipment efficiently, knowing when to innovate while following proper repair procedures.Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance plans, ensuring regular checks and documentation.Construction: Build and install various structures within the factory using diverse materials.Management: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and strive for continuous improvement.Administration: Maintain job logs, coordinate with external suppliers, and assist in stock management.Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain cleanliness in work areas.Food (Product) Safety: Adhere to food safety principles and standards.Self-Development: Stay updated on innovations and technical advancements relevant to the role. Requirements:Secondary Education (Grade 12)Minimum N2 in millwright trade theory and trade tested5 years'' post-trade test experienceSound understanding of drawings, fault finding, and technical principlesProficiency in utilizing hand and power toolsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work decisively, ensuring safety and quality standards Additional Information:Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and night shifts as neededGeneral understanding of factory processes and related technologies
