The purpose of this role is to maximize the profitability of the business, through achieving the following: Efficient repairs and maintenance of factory equipmentFollowing all relevant policies and proceduresResponsibilities:Ensure maximum machine availability through effective repairs and maintenance on all factory equipment (Mechanical and Electrical) Ensure that all job cards and scheduled maintenance is completed timeously as per relevant checklists Effective utilization of machinery and timeous reporting on non-conformance & deviations Report requirements for critical spares & equipment Housekeeping of the workshop area, engineering stores and equipment in the factoryNew projects, commissioning and installation involvementEnsure compliance at all times with Health and Safety and legislative requirementsRequirements:Millwright - Trade TestRelevant qualification - National Diploma or similarAt least 3 years experience in the FMCG industry Minimum 3 years experience in the following:Pneumatics and hydraulicsPLC fault findingVSD & Invertor fault finding
