Millwright

The purpose of this role is to maximize profitability of the business, through achieving the following: Efficient repairs and maintenance of factory equipment Follow all relevant policies and procedures RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure maximum machine availability through effective repairs and maintenance on all factory equipment (Mechanical and Electrical) Ensure that all job cards and scheduled maintenance is completed timeously as per relevant checklists Effective utilization of machinery and timeous reporting on non-conformances & deviations Report requirements for critical spares & equipment Housekeeping of the workshop area, engineering stores and equipment in the factory New Projects, Commissioning and installation involvement Ensure compliance at all times with Health and Safety and legislative requirements.
Requirements: Millwright - Trade Test Relevant qualification - National diploma or similar .
At least three years experience in the FMCG industry Minimum 3 years experience in the following: Pneumatics and hydraulics PLC fault finding VSD & Invertor fault finding
