Millwright Epping Cape Town Our manufacturing client in Epping Cape Town is looking for a Millwright attending to all the mechanical and electrical maintenance in the plant.
You will ensure that the equipment runs effective and good quality products are produced, cost effectively.
Salary Negotiable plus benefits Min Requirements Matric
Millwright / Electro-mechanical Trade Test
Minimum 3 years' post apprentice experience in plant
maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
Hydraulics knowledge
Pneumatics knowledge
Knowledge of pumps
Equipment knowledge
Understand how gearboxes function
Basic knowledge of compressors
Basic knowledge of plant refrigeration systems
Knowledge of machining and drilling principles
Understand the different lubricants
Understand all safety requirements relating to OHS Act
Responsibilities Ensure mechanical and electrical maintenance of relevant equipment
Manage repetitive breakdowns and reworks of maintenance activities
Assist with the coaching of apprentices
Manage downtime for all mechanical and electrical related equipment
Ensure machine availability of mechanical and electrical related equipment
Manage OEE for mechanical and electrical equipment
