The primary purpose of this role will be, Fault finding and proactively repairing machinery as well as preventative maintenance which enables the production team to produce high quality, safe products Requirements:Trade Tested MillwrightWilling to work shifts3-5 years of demonstrated experience in an industrial/production/facility maintenance environmentStrong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintenance issuesPlanning, organization and problem-solving skillsStrong technical aptitudeReliable, motivated and punctualHave a strong work ethicBe physically fit and healthy for workProven ability to work as part of a team Key Responsibilities:Preventative maintenance and servicing of all production equipmentResponsible for overall integrity and reliability of control system throughout the plantFault FindingProvide technical support/skills for equipment troubleshooting and control/equipment modificationsSupport plant with PLC troubleshooting at a code levelWork with maintenance teams to modify PLC programs in order to improve operationsResponsible for all tools and ensure no tools are left in production areasRepair of production machinery parts, replacement of production machinery partsTest various electrical equipment using standard test equipment and observing system/unit operationsMaintenance of all machineryComplete preventative maintenance and reactive worksheets from Maintenance Scheduling Program (DMS)Planning and implementation of various maintenance projectsDesign and layout circuits, install fixtures, wiring conduits motors and other electrical equipment/componentsGeneral maintenance of unused machinesIn consultation with production staff, identify equipment and areas requiring attentionConstant review of production line to ensure optimal effectivenessProvide coverage for annual and personal leave of other maintenance members across all shifts
