Your main responsibilities will include managing the preventative maintenance program to ensure all equipment and workshop machinery are maintained and repaired. You'll also diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults, manage contractors for on-site projects, and keep essential parts in stock. You'll take a leadership role, overseeing performance management, coaching, and training of staff, ensuring the equipment and human resource practices align with quality standards and addressing any food safety or quality issues with your manager.
