Your main responsibilities will include managing the preventative maintenance program to ensure all equipment and workshop machinery are maintained and repaired.
You'll also diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults, manage contractors for on-site projects, and keep essential parts in stock.
Were in need of someone who is effective within a team, able to work occasionally on shifts, and driven to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement.
You'll take a leadership role, overseeing performance management, coaching, and training of staff, ensuring the equipment and human resource practices align with quality standards and addressing any food safety or quality issues with your manager.
