Millwright - Consumer Goods - Tulbagh Western Cape

Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced Millwright to join a reputable Consumer Goods company located in Tulbagh, Western Cape.
In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring that all machinery and equipment function efficiently and effectively to meet production demands.
Responsibilities Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement corrective actions to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to prevent equipment failures.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Work with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related challenges.
Keep detailed records of maintenance performed and parts replaced.
Assist in training junior staff as needed.
Requirements Qualified Millwright with a trade certificate.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in consumer goods.
Proficient in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
