Control raw material & finish stock levels & rotation. Optimize people, mill, machinery and equipment – also maintain the mill, machinery and equipment. Ensure safety, health, hygiene and pest management and manage team.
Qualifications NQF 4 or Grade 12 or similar relevant qualification Trade Test certificate for Wheat Milling Minimum of 4 years experience
