Provide 1st and 2nd level application support for functional and technical questions.
Provide and document solutions which will be used in configuring the system Continuously improve upon the business experience and identify solutions to improve productivity and efficiencies.
Ensure that systems are well maintained through the provision of application support Work with system partners to set priorities and execution sequence for enhancements and system support Daily monitoring of scheduled data and process batch jobs and reporting on the outcomes thereof Set up accounts and workstations for applications and technology tools Upgrade systems with new releases and models Expertise to train staff on new technologies Monitor performance and maintain systems health Able to assist in Training and testing of the solution with business QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Relevant (240 credit) degree and /or certifications in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field 3-5yrs experience in IT solution design, implementation, and deployment Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, programming languages, and database systems Proficiency in evaluating, selecting, and integrating software applications, platforms, and tools Experience in solution architecture, considering scalability, performance, security, and integration requirements Project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, resources, and budgets.
