You landed here because you're a passionate conceptual Copywriter looking to inspire. You will be responsible for crafting strategic and conceptual ideas and will produce distinctive brand, acquisition, and marketing assets and experiences across many channels.

Your role in the team:
When you join us as a midweight copywriter, you'll form part of the team charged with the upliftment of creativity within The Agency and growth of the business. You'll be one of the contributors responsible for continuously pushing the creative boundaries and providing solutions to the business's ever-changing needs.
What you'll do:
Support the Creative Group Head in growing The Agency into an effective creative hub
Define requirements for and develop concepts and executions that are on-brief, on-brand, innovative, and adhere to global best practices
Develop, review, and approve assets of varying descriptions and complexities (e.g., social collateral, campaign assets, internal comms templates, etc.)
Support the Creative Group Head in creating a culture of creativity, growth, innovation, and collaboration
Deliver to deadlines, working with traffic managers and within our workflow tool - Workfront

What you'll need for this role:
A digital-first writer with a track record of creative excellence, conceptual ability, and strategic thinking
A creative with knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite as well as executing and evaluating creative in Microsoft applications, such as PowerPoint and Word
Accustomed to working creatively in conjunction with other teams and divisions
A self-starter who takes initiative and actively works towards growing their own creative capabilities
A curiosity and desire to be a part of a high-performance culture
