As a Mid-weight Layout Artist, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective layouts for various branding materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital assets. You will work closely with our design team to develop and implement design concepts that align with our clients' brand identities. Key Responsibilities:Design and Layout: Create high-quality layouts for branding materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.Concept Development: Collaborate with the design team to develop design concepts and ideas for branding projects.Visual Design: Develop and refine visual design elements, including typography, colour, and imagery.Asset Creation: Create digital assets, such as social media graphics, email templates, and website graphics.Design Software: Proficiently use Design Software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).Brand Guidelines: Ensure all design work adheres to client brand guidelines and visual identity.Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality workCollaboration: Work closely with the design team, copywriters, and account managers to ensure seamless project execution.Requirements:Experience: 3-6 years of experience in a design or branding agency, or in-house design team.Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your layout design skills and experience in branding.Design Software:* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Brand Awareness: Understanding of brand identity and visual design principles.Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and quality control.Nice to Have:Degree in Design: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.Certifications: Certifications in design software, such as Adobe Certified Expert (ACE).
