We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
As a key contributor, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business and technology.
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
You will also play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving the implementation of solutions.
Location: Johannesburg and Cape Town Key Responsibilities: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
Create detailed functional specifications.
Develop process flows, data models, and use case diagrams.
Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for improvement.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during implementation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
Experience in creating functional specifications and process flows.
Experience in working with different stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and project managers.
Experience in using business analysis tools and techniques.
A relevant IT degree or equivalent qualification.
Experience working in a consulting environment.
