We are seeking a dynamic, driven Mid-Level Recruiter to join our Global Recruitment Team. Candidates must be based in Cape Town. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing and hiring top-tier talent.As a Mid-Level Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing offers and onboarding processes. The roles you will focus on include operations, property management, leasing, customer service, and administrative positions across the United States.This position requires working hours aligned with the United States, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders within this time zone.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESKey Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level roles, primarily focused on operations, leasing, property management, customer service, administrative support and management roles.Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, leveraging job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment tools.Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and video interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit.Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and expectations.Coordinate interviews, facilitate feedback sessions, and ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders.Provide a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate pipeline progress.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and talent market insights to refine recruitment strategies.CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONSWONDER IF YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS POSITION?The Ideal candidates for this position are highly motivated and dedicated and should possess the below qualities:Must have 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring for management, operational, administrative, and customer service positions.Must possess excellent English communication skills.Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.Valid Matric Certificate (Grade 12) with entry level qualification in Human Resources, or a related field.Experience in recruiting within the real estate, property management, or service-driven industries.Strong sourcing skills, including experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet hiring deadlines and goals.Candidates must be able to work US shift hours.CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENTAll MCI LocationsMust be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.Subject to the program and location of the positionMust be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.
