Mid-Level Processing Manager

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry- Experience in implementing process improvements and lean manufacturing principles- Excellent leadership and team management skills- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well under pressure and meet production targets- Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as required- Proficiency in MS Office and production management softwareRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:- Manage and lead the production operations - Work closely with Operations Director having the ability to take instructions and produce results- Monitor and control production processes to meet quality and quantity targets- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement production plans- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards- Identify areas for process improvement and implement cost-saving measures- Supervise and train production staff- Maintain production records and reports- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce wasteONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted
