We are looking for a talented and motivated Mid-Level Mechanical Engineer to join our growing engineering team. Key Responsibilities: Design, analyze, and implement mechanical systems and components for a variety of projects. Conduct engineering analysis using tools such as (insert relevant software, e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS). Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing and assembly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., electrical, production, and quality control) to ensure design feasibility and optimization. Support the testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems. Ensure that designs meet safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Contribute to product improvements, cost-reduction initiatives, and process optimization. Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical support and feedback. Participate in design reviews, feasibility studies, and cost estimations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in mechanical design, analysis, and development. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA). Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical principles. Familiarity with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) tools. Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
