The Microsoft Dynamics Architect will play a key role in building and developing innovative products and capabilities for our valued customers, as we continue to grow our Energy Infrastructure Services (EIS) business. In this pivotal role, you will bring your deep technical expertise to shape the future of Microsoft Dynamics across our organisation, driving innovation, scalability, and security.
You will have the autonomy to steer our Microsoft Dynamics technical strategy, ensuring alignment with our wider business goals while leading partners in delivering robust and resilient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Microsoft Dynamics technical direction and strategy for EIS ensuring it aligns with the wider E.ON strategies.
Work closely with our strategic partners to ensure that the right choices are made regarding Microsoft Dynamics, offering guidance and technical expertise as needed.
Collaborate with other architects and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics.
Ensure that documentation is kept up to date and accurate.
Define and maintain best practices and standards for Microsoft Dynamics architecture and design.
Establish and maintain an architecture roadmap aligned with industry best practices.
Ensure that the solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and other team members working on behalf of our partners.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Microsoft Dynamics, and provide recommendations for improvement.
What we need from you
Extensive technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics / Microsoft Dynamics Certified.
Experience working within a DevOps & Agile environment.
Strong technical leadership and communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable terms for diverse audiences.
Experience of building secure, robust and resilient applications using Microsoft Dynamics.
Experience with the Power Platform and its capabilities to resolve business problems without causing wider impacts.
It would be great if you had
Experience of different CRM platforms and their capabilities.
Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure) and related tasks.
Experience of Identity & Access Management solutions and how they operate alongside Microsoft Dynamics.
Understanding of the ITIL framework and how it can be adapted to suit DevOps.
Accreditation in agile and/or DevOps methodologies.
Experience establishing Microsoft Dynamics as a CRM within an enterprise organisation.
