Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management ConsultantJob Purpose:The role of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Consultant is to help clients integrate their ERP system with 3PL, logistics, and warehouse management systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Sales Order Processing in MS Dynamics 365, Warehouse Management in MS Dynamics 365, or Inventory Control Systems.
You will also support additional modules such as production planning, enterprise asset management, and sales order processing.Duties and Responsibilities:Interprets business requirements and develops comprehensive solutions.Identifies and resolves problems with the Dynamics 365 customer experience.Develops enterprise-level solutions using multiple Microsoft technologies and standards.Supports the execution of business-critical functions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.Designs and implements effective ERP functions for implementation within the organization.Supports the implementation of the supply chain business process with computer software applications.Designs and implements effective warehouse functions for implementation within the organization.Provides training on new ERP and warehousing technologies.Provides guidance to management on logistics data usage and storage.Develops enterprise supply chain solutions with the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform of Microsoft Dynamics 365.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (both Desktop and Mobile) is required.Experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Inventory, Logistics, Purchasing Operations, and Planning is welcome.Microsoft Dynamics 365 knowledge and experience is a plus.MS Dynamics 365 Professional (or equivalent) certification preferred.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 software products is a plus.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Azure, and/or other technologies such as SAP or Oracle preferred.A minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Supply Chain Management, and/or Operations Management (OData) preferred.
