Tsebo Solutions Group is looking for a highly skilled Microsoft D365 (Finance & Operations) Applications / System Specialist. The person will be responsible for implementation and maintenance of Dynamics 365; testing & training staff on the functionality of the new system and resolving any issues that arise during and after "go live". Effective integration of new companies and divisions into the Tsebo Group's ERP Applications Systems. Understand and translate business requirements into quality system performance and stability through support and continuous improvement.

Duties & Responsibilities

New company onboarding projects
Ensure the effective integration of new companies and divisions into the Tsebo Group's business applications
Construct requirements document outlining the needs of the business and answering the question as to how the solution will be achieved systemically
Ensure the effective resolution of first and second line support calls
Assume IT Applications workstream leadership of all projects relating to project management
Provide the organization with effective information management tools through the implementation of integrated business systems
Ensure the effective implementation of all systems development changes
Ensure the effective implementation and ongoing effectiveness of Information Systems
Business requirements gathering
Facilitate the drafting of the Business Requirements Document (BRD)
Interface with developers and vendors regarding systems design and configuration
Facilitate BRD Signoff
Ensure all IT requests and incidents are logged via the Tsebo IT Call Centre
Manage incidents escalated from super users
Analyze applications problems, recommend solutions, products, and technologies to meet business security and information security objectives.
Assist with systems integration troubleshooting and repair
Management and closeout of helpdesk calls
Build strong business relationships throughout the support process and become a trusted advisor
Understand D365 application architectures, participate in solution design, development, and testing phases
Conduct and document effective systems testing

Skills and Competencies

D365 Software knowledge and understanding
Accounting Principles
D365 systems knowledge, E-Procurement and CAFM process knowledge
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodology knowledge
SQL database knowledge – Querying and troubleshooting skills
Project Management
Business Analysis & Business Case development
Hardware knowledge and understanding
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Products (Office 365)
IT Governance & Compliance

Qualifications

Relevant IT Degree or Diploma
Minimum 5 years full function Accounting
5 years experience in MS Dynamics D365 Finance and Operations
Minimum 5 Years Systems/Business Analyst Experience
Minimum 5 Years relevant IT experience
