Customize and optimize M365 settings based on user needs and company policies.Administration and Support: Administer user accounts, licenses, and permissions within the M365 environment. Provide technical support for M365 applications, addressing user issues and resolving technical problems. Monitor and maintain the health and security of the M365 environment.Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate collaboration by configuring and managing SharePoint and Teams environments. Implement and support communication tools such as Outlook, Teams, and Yammer.Training and Documentation: Conduct training sessions to educate users on M365 features and best practices.
