An award-winning, UK-based, IT-managed services provider is seeking a Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace Expert to join their dynamic team.

Minimum Requirements:
Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals) are advantageous.
At least two years of experience working in a managed service provider environment, delivering projects and migrations for Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace, including implementing new features, migrating data, and managing user access.
Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 suite, including Intune, Azure AD, and Microsoft Defender.
Experience with IT-managed service tools such as Autotask, ITGlue, Datto RMM, and Sophos MDR.
Strong communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical information to varied audiences.
Demonstrable problem-solving skills with a positive and accountable approach to challenges.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses a systematic approach to work.
Duties:
Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions, including Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and Microsoft Defender.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Sophos MDR, ensuring comprehensive platform cybersecurity.
Use Autotask and ITGlue for effective project management and documentation to ensure high service delivery standards.
Stay abreast of new features and updates within the Microsoft 365 suite, advising on best practices and potential enhancements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies regarding data security and privacy.
