Microsoft 365 Administrator - Contract R400 Per Hour

Microsoft 365 AdministratorOur client is currently looking for a Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Microsoft 365 services, including user management, security, clustering, and some hardware management. This position is a contract position, and you will work three days onsite and two days remotely.Duties & ResponsibilitiesSkills:Production BAU and Project supportResponsibilities:Clustering skills essential and some hardware management.Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services.Handle user account setup, management, and troubleshooting.Implement and monitor security measures for the Microsoft 365 environment.Assist in the migration of data and services to Microsoft 365.Provide technical support and training to end-users.Collaborate with IT team members to integrate Microsoft 365 with other systems and services.Keep abreast of new Microsoft 365 features and capabilities and recommend improvements to the company's environment.Desired Experience & QualificationStrong understanding of computer systems, components, and software.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Previous experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator.Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
