We are looking to hire a Customer Sales and Onboarding consultant. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?Because we are a technology business, you need to be comfortable working with tech yourself. However, we are also in the business of people, where relationships are key. So you need to be a good communicator, who is able to build strong customer relationships.
As a member of our Growth Team, you would need the following attributes:
Customer and service orientated mindsetOrganised and administratively strongAbility to problem solve under pressureDetail orientatedWHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?It is essential that you have a minimum of two years' validated success working within the residential rental or property management sector.
WHY DO WE NEED YOU?We would need you to help the Growth Team achieve their sales target by:
Following-up on sales leads and facilitating product demonstrationsOnboarding new customersProviding ad hoc training and customer supportProviding customer feedback to the Product teamWHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU?You will get to work with a great group of people, who are doing cool things. Whether you're working on a big project by yourself or working across multiple departments, you will be solving meaningful problems daily, with no two days ever being the same.
We have a beautiful office, located in the leafy suburb of Newlands in Cape Town. We offer remote working and believe in the benefits of having flexible working hours.
You can expect to earn a monthly salary in the range of R 18,000 to R 25,000 (skills and experience dependent), plus commission.
