What Your Day-to-Day will Look Like:
You'll be within our Analytics team, in a hybrid position between our office and working from home. You will be responsible for building new reporting in Power BI for the operations team, which will support with the day-to-day management of your campaigns. You will work with stakeholders to spot patterns and trends, highlight issues, and make recommendations for improvements based on these. You will confidently use a range of tools such as Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint to produce complex dashboards and reports, but always ensuring they are easy to use and understand. You will present findings to senior management and ensure the continuous improvement of all KPIs.

Minimum Requirements:

+2 years experience in the capacity of a MI Analyst or Data Analyst role
Must have Power BI experience (intermediate level)
Proven record of delivering improvements
Advanced Excel (desirable)
SQL and Power BI experience (highly beneficial)
Effective communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office
Experience with presenting to Senior Management
Experience running workshops and working with business stakeholders to devise appropriate reporting and dashboard formats
Experience working closely with key operational stakeholders to understand the wider business objectives and how quality data solutions can make a positive impact
