We are seeking a Metrology & Laboratory Manager for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape. Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Tertiary Engineering/Trade QualificationMinimum 3 years' experience in internal quality auditing within the automotive environmentMinimum 3 years' experience in a quality department in the automotive industryMinimum 3 years within a process engineering disciplineFully trained experienced CMM ProgrammerFully trained and experienced in Offline CMM Programming to alignment requirementsFully understanding of Technical Drawings and GD&TPiweb, GOM and Zeiss experience & Quality SystemsManufacturing Processes (Welding, Measuring Equipment, Customer Processes)Measuring Equipment / Financial/Budget Concepts / Project ManagementThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Manage the Budget of the Laboratory and measurement areas of responsibilityResponsible for the Disciplinary and Technical leadership of the teamEnsuring the required resources and competencies are in placeResponsible for the review and communication of Measurement and Test resultsManage engineering change and product evolutionManage and maintain critical equipment in the CMM room Salary: Market related Please email detailed CV and supporting documentation and salary requirements through to ****** with "Metrology" in the subject line If you have not received a response within 7 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful
