This position reports to Senior Site Merchandiser. Your responsibilities will include: Working closely with the Divisional Head and Department Managers to support the Retail & Marketplace strategy within each division.
That means featuring key brands, key lines and facilitating clearing of stock where appropriate.
Core to the role is to drive discoverability of these lines.You are the primary contact between Retail-Marketplace and the Merchandising team and need to make sure merchant marketing priorities are correctly briefed and within the deadlines.You need to ensure the most relevant ranges & products are elevated - based on data from Search, Conversion, Consumer Trends, Retail strategy and Marketplace Strategy.Besides merchant marketing priorities, you are expected to explore new ways to provide exposure to selected products in collaboration with the Marketing team.Review performance and drive continuous improvement of product pages and landing pages to discoverability and serve customers with highly relevant products.
