Your Role at impact.com:Reporting to the Senior Marketplace Growth Manager, the newly created Ecommerce Merchandising Manager role will drive the next level of growth for the impact.com Marketplace. You'll play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing online merchandising strategies to increase visibility, engagement, and revenue. This includes overseeing all online merchandising initiatives, from homepage widgets to promotional placements, to deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience.
You'll collaborate on product strategy, help define user personas, and refine the functionality of merchandising features. Additionally, you'll identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline merchandising processes using tools like Pendo and email marketing platforms.
Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.

In this role, you will:
Manage online placements: Oversee homepage widgets, editorial content, deals/offers, and in-app merchandising placements to enhance customer engagement and drive marketplace growth.Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Product, Data Science, Content Marketing, Engineering, and other teams to align merchandising initiatives with overall business goals.Optimize merchandising processes: Automate workflows, scheduling, and tracking of placements to improve operational efficiency.Leverage platform knowledge: Use a deep understanding of the X Marketplace to influence customer behavior and enhance online shopping experiences.Analyze performance: Set measurable goals, track performance metrics, and use insights to optimize online merchandising efforts.Solve problems proactively: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to online merchandising in a timely manner.What You Have:2-3 years of experience in online merchandising, eCommerce, or a related role in a B2B environment.Proficiency in analyzing data and leveraging insights to inform merchandising decisions.Familiarity with user-centered design principles and software tools (e.g., Pendo, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms).Strong understanding of digital merchandising trends and automation tools.Clear and effective communication skills for diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Experience working in cross-functional teams.Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Slack, and Confluence.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.Nice to have:Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXA
