Merchandiser

Duties and Responsibilities:
Overseas buying & trending trips
Range building and Design
Supplier trips to China
Attending Fairs & Sourcing suppliers
Provide & manage problem solving for critical path (leadtime)/production issues
Costing & Margin management
Team Management (Co-ordinator & CAD artist)
Training Juniors (Desigers, QAs and Co-ordinators)

Requirements:
Relevant Diploma or Degree in Fashion/Clothing
Min 3 years experience in a similar role
Ability to take ownership and drive sales and orders
Good understanding of the supply chain and retail supply business
Ability to build and maintain relationships with buyers and suppliers
Understanding of costing and negotiating prices
Good attention to detail and numeracy
Organised and good admin skills
