They are looking for a Merchandiser to join their Cape Town team.
JOB DESCRIPTION: MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients Letting customers know about other products the company offers Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts Achieving client relationship targets and KPIs as set by the Commercial Director Working closely with Sales Representatives Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues Updating the Operations Manager/Commercial Director and ensuring sales representatives are aware of changes within clients Passing leads to the sales team and following up on progress Perform any other reasonable tasks as instructed and requested by the Operations Manager/Commercial Director EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Matric Marketing and sales qualification EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: 2 - 5 Years marketing and sales experience Strong marketing and sales skills Computer literate Valid drivers license + own transport (non-negotiable) POPIA By Submitting your CV, you confirm that: We may retain your personal information in our database for future matching.
