Key Responsibilities:

Sales Forecasting & Planning: Predict future trends and drive inventory strategies with accurate sales forecasts based on historical data.
Inventory Excellence: Maintain optimal stock levels and develop creative strategies to handle markdowns and promotions, ensuring the right products are always available.
Assortment Planning: Curate seasonal merchandise assortments that meet customer demand and align with market trends, positioning Browns as the leader in luxury.
Performance Insights: Analyze sales performance by category and channel, providing actionable insights to management for continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Negotiation: Work closely with buying teams to select the perfect products and negotiate with vendors to ensure a seamless supply chain.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in logistics/supply chain within a merchandising environment.
Strong analytical and Excel skills.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team setting.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and data analysis tools.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
