The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing merchandise plans to support sales and inventory goals. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the financial success of the business.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain merchandise plans that align with sales and inventory objectivesAnalyze historical data and current trends to forecast future demandCollaborate with buying and merchandising teams to ensure product assortment meets customer needsMonitor inventory levels, sales performance, and pricing strategies to optimize profitabilityIdentify opportunities for markdowns, promotions, and new product launchesProvide recommendations for the allocation and replenishment of merchandisePrepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance metrics and recommendations to leadershipRequirements:Must have a B. Eng.
