Merchandise Design Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the Design Team with day-to-day tasks
Issuing all styles to the sample room timely and ensuring they are completed on time.
Ensuring all styles are costed and issued promptly.
Receiving and delivering BBS and Omni samples.
Ensuring all fabric and trims arrive on time for sample processing, including sample bags.
Day-to-day administration within the team.

Qualifications and Experience:

Tertiary qualification in Fashion Design.
Intermediate skills in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.

Skills:

Good interpersonal and communication skills.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good planning and organizing skills with the ability to prioritize.
Strong time management skills.
Reliable and hard-working.
Able to work under pressure to meet regular deadlines.
Enjoys working in a team.
